Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order with copywritingproject, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before purchasing.

2. Services

We provide professional copywriting services delivered as digital files. No physical goods are produced or shipped.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. Payment is processed via Stripe Checkout. The confirmed price at checkout is the final price including all selected options.

4. Project start

Work begins within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. We send a project brief form within 24 hours. Delivery timelines start from receipt of a completed brief.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated batch of feedback addressed in a single pass. Additional rounds may be purchased as an add-on before the project starts.

6. Intellectual property

All final copy becomes your property upon full payment and project delivery. We may reference the project category in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project start.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
