Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

All copywritingproject services are delivered as digital files. No physical products are produced or shipped at any point.

Delivery timelines

• Starter plan: 7 business days from receipt of completed brief
• Standard plan: 5 business days from receipt of completed brief
• Studio plan: Agreed at project start, typically 10-14 business days
• Fast-track add-on: 48 business hours from completed brief, subject to availability

Project start

Work begins within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. The project brief form is sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Timelines are counted from when we receive the completed form, not from payment date.

Delivery formats

Default delivery is via Google Docs. Word (.docx) and plain text are available at no extra charge. PDF available on request.

Late briefs

If a brief form is not returned within 21 days of being sent, the project may need to be rescheduled. We will notify you if this affects your timeline.
