Our approach

Copywriting is a custom digital service. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project when a request is made.

Before work begins

If you cancel before we acknowledge your completed brief, a full refund is issued within 5 business days. No conditions attached.

After brief acknowledgement

Once we have acknowledged your completed brief and research has started, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. The amount reflects work completed to date.

After first draft delivery

Once a first draft has been delivered, refunds are not available. The revision process exists to resolve quality concerns. We are committed to revisions until the deliverable meets the agreed brief.

Fast-track add-on

The fast-track fee is non-refundable once work on expedited delivery has begun.

Email hello@copywritingproject.com with your order reference and reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days.
